ruc_pe_validate $0.001 per call

Offline validator for a Peruvian RUC (Registro Único de Contribuyentes) issued by SUNAT. Checks the RUC is exactly 11 digits, extracts the 2-digit taxpayer-type prefix (10, 15, 17, 20, etc.), and verifies the check digit using SUNAT's published modulo-11 algorithm (weights 5,4,3,2,7,6,5,4,3,2 over the first 10 digits).
