gstin_validate $0.001 per call

Offline validator for an Indian GSTIN (Goods and Services Tax Identification Number): checks the 15-character structure (2-digit state code + 10-character PAN + entity code + fixed 'Z' + check digit) and verifies the check digit using the public modulus-36 checksum algorithm (charset 0-9A-Z mapped 0-35, alternating weights 1/2).
