ein_validate $0.001 per call

Offline validator for a US Employer Identification Number (EIN). Checks that the input matches the NN-NNNNNNN structural pattern (9 digits) and that the 2-digit prefix falls within the set of prefixes historically assigned by the IRS; EINs have no checksum digit so only structural/prefix validation is performed.
