curp_validate $0.001 per call

Offline validator for a Mexican CURP (Clave Única de Registro de Población): checks the 18-character structure (4 letters, YYMMDD birthdate, sex letter H/M, 2-letter state code, 3 consonants, homoclave), then verifies the DOF mod-10 weighted check digit. Returns parsed birthdate, sex, state code and whether the format and check digit are valid.
